Bite Into Freedom is an online eating disorder clinic delivering telehealth care across Australia. We work with accredited dietitians and AHPRA registered psychologists who want to practise exclusively in eating disorders, alongside a team treating the other half of the same recovery plan.

Discipline One

Dietitians

Accredited Practising Dietitians treating the physical and behavioural side of recovery, across all ages.

  • Current APD status with Dietitians Australia
  • Experience across restriction, bingeing, purging and ARFID
  • Weight neutral, non diet approach
  • Comfortable coordinating with a psychologist on shared clients

APD Accredited | Medicare Registered

Discipline Two

Psychologists

AHPRA registered psychologists treating the emotional and cognitive drivers, across all ages.

  • General or clinical registration with AHPRA, in good standing
  • CBT-E, ACT or DBT informed practice
  • Body image, anxiety, OCD and trauma underlying restriction
  • Neurodiversity affirming, ADHD and autism informed
